Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in the case of jewelry, in unworn condition. Please notify the store by phone or email before the return.The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the store. 

Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.

Sterling silver, Argentium, and even Fine Silver can all tarnish (albeit at different rates).  In order to preserve the polish on your piece and to delay the tarnishing process, there are a number f techniques you can use.  These techniques include carefully brushing a fine paste of baking soda and water over your peice then carefully rinsing and drying the piece on a regular basis, keeping it stored with a tarnish control tab that is included with your purchase, using commercial silver jewelry polish, etc.  Whichever technique you use, please be sure to check its potential impact on any cabochons, faceted stones, or other inclusions as some cleaners can damage these.
